Los Arcoiris is an authentic Mexican restaurant with locations throughout the High Country of North Carolina. We serve freshly prepared Mexican dishes from a large menu that includes Burritos, Chile Rellenos and Chimichangas. Vegetarian and kids plates are also available. 

We invite you to visit us at one of our locations in Boone, Morganton or Pineola for an introduction to "real" Mexican food. Our Boone location has been completely renovated for an authentic Mexican look and feel with hand-painted murals and southwestern decor.
